    Sky Stretching

    The hammock sky stretching class was amazing. Ekaterina was kind, patient, and took the students’ desires into consideration when deciding what poses and stretches to show us. She was respectful during adjustments of our poses and took care to ensure that we were feeling confident in our bodies, using correct form, and feeling the stretch where we’re supposed to.
