alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class and studio was INCREDIBLE! Lanoa the instructor was fabulous - she was funny, motivating, and energetic. I especially appreciated how Lanoa kept encouraging us to check in with ourselves and get new weights if the ones we had were not serving us, and built in time to the class for this purpose. Every minute of class was truly well-used. Melaina, who was working the front of the studio, was so welcoming and sweet, and was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining the studio amenities and what to expect in class. I can’t recommend this place enough! This is genuinely the most welcoming and beginner-friendly fitness class I’ve ever been to.

They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. I unexpectedly sweat buckets and feel so much stronger already. Looking forward to my next class.
