But the class is fun, the music fun, Sol has great energy and a great cheery disposition that makes me want to be there, and the folks there were nice. It was a full room though, but I definitely want to go back.

Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.
