She gave clear instructions, and her calming voice helped me relax and dive deep into the practice. At the end of the class, she connected with us very warmly, which I found very precious, as I miss warm people in London. I highly recommend her classes!

Challenging enough, without destroying me. A good mix of strength and cardio as well, including the sled push/pulls which was something new and fun. I’ll come back for sure.
