Edwina also asked some questions at the beginning to see how intense I would like the massage to be. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt very safe and at ease with her. I left feeling totally relaxed and so much lighter in my body and head. The space is also lovely and felt so welcoming & relaxing.
