Only think is instructions are given so fast that I usually miss them and I’m reliant on watching my neighbors for the next move. Would love if the instructor repeated instructions and spoke a little slower

Her exercises aren’t complicated and perfect for getting exactly what you want out of your class — to know that you CAN amplify (but don’t have to) and are encouraged to do your best and push yourself with a good pulse. I feel so welcomed, and she always remembers my name, even after not attending her class for a while. I can’t wait to take her class again.

Too, I really appreciated the thought and preparation he put into the class - from our poses, to the aromatic oils, to the guided meditation. It was so well structured, I went from 50 gabajillion thoughts elbowing each other to be first in line in my mind to totally relaxed over the course of the hour. A great reset - highly recommend!

His energy and wide knowledge of music makes every class different and exciting. Highly recommend for anyone who’s an avid rider or just staring out and wants a good vibe.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenFrom a classical Pilates instructor: this was hard 🥵. Let me add, it’s not by any means Pilates, but instead a strength class with the support of a reformer. Things went from 0-100 real quick! My abs were burning off the grid, and when I thought I’d catch a break we moved right into legs and then arms. I was fully shaking and sweating the entire time. The instructor was phenomenal! Super attentive with the 1st timers but kept the pace going and added a flare to the class. His energy was high the entire time and he offered great hands on assist. I will 100% be back to take his class! If you’re a newbie to exercise this might feel like too much, but if you stick with it I think you’ll find joy (in the pain) 😅. Great class!
