It’s a clean environment & the wax she uses doesn’t pull on your skin. I am pretty hairy but Paula is very thorough and left my skin super smooth. Usually there is a lubricant as to not be too abrasive to the skin. The HydraFacial machine is not branded Hydrafacial. It is a generic brand machine. It left my skin bruised in multiple spots. The esthetician was friendly, but I likely will not return to this location.
