She kicks our asses in the class and we work so hard in the class that sometimes I give her the death stare as I'm dying... but really underneath the stare I love her. She is an incredible teacher and knows how to push people to get the best out of them with her humour thrown in! I get the best results from her class and try to do a Liz class once a week.
