I am a gym guy and prefer the typical weights but this class combines weights with movements that keeps you as a constant motion burning an unbelievable amount of calories. If you’re looking for something to lose weight, Burn Fat and still retain a good muscle mass, I will recommend taking his class. PS the playlist is fire.

Burned 500 calories in an hour, worked my butt off I would no doubt have the body of my dreams with this membership. Fully geared towards women, weight machines are mostly booty. She really pushed me to my limit- they have a sauna as well that you can use- they even have transformation makeover photo shoots- this place is awesome!!!!!!! The fabulous and friendly instructor, Paige, made this new exercise experience memorable—her spot -on cueing and detailed explanation of moves in the bungee were impeccable which made executing them for the first time easier, her upbeat, FUN music was awesome and perfect for the moves, and she makes a connection with everyone in the class which I think is important. I’ve never felt so elated and “free” after an exercise class, but this is a different type of exercise class altogether! It really feels AMAZING to move around with a bungee cord on:))) You have to listen and pay attention to the directions, but once you get it, it’s such a liberating, exciting experience. Try it!! I did it with my daughter and we had a blast together!!!
