When i got into the salon, the space was clean and tidy but I was curious how they kept the bed itself clean since there was only a thin paper between myself and the cushion. Nonetheless the woman that did the wax was aggressive- i have never heard of a wax that charges extra for length of hair. I had to go back and forth the person while in a vulnerable spot waiting for the service. I booked a Brazilian and was told that i could get a bikini at what i booked if i didnt pay an extra 20. I said no thanks and said ill take my money back- after going back and forth for 10 mins she conceded and went on with the service. Im a client and was placed in that position- not comfortable and unprofessional.
