Intense and challenging in a good way, the format of the circuit made it so much fun. Will definitely come back!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI signed up for this class not realising it was for people with intermediate boxing experience. 2 of us went together and the instructor was so helpful and welcoming and made the class really accessible for someone who didn’t have the experience. He made it really fun and was encouraging, helpful with form and ensuring the class wasn’t intimidating for us which made the experience so enjoyable. I would recommend only doing this class if you are intermediate or have someone you are comfortable with, as I’m not sure how I would have felt going alone, and make sure you bring straps or you have to buy them. Going forward I’d probably do a more beginner class. Overall though the experience was great and I can’t fault it. There’s also a sauna in there which I wish I had time to enjoy this time!
