alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe class helped me open my hip. Even though I was not flexible at all and couldn't reach any of those positions, I felt much better afterwards. The space is really nice and clean. Shoes should be taken off at the entrance, which is a big plus. The instructor was helpful.
