I was not in the mood to go cycling this morning, didnāt sleep well and was super tired, but she was so positive, so joy-focused, and provided plenty of adjustments both for people who wanted to go harder and for those who were having trouble keeping up. Because it was challenging (in a good way) and I felt muscles I never knew existed shaking and burning, lol. Instructor Ysabel greeted me at the front, asked good questions like, āis this your first time & do you have any injuries?ā Ysabel explained to me how to use the equipment and constantly corrected me on my form in class. I love how the instructor really focused on form and gave a modification option as well.

The heat and humidity felt really good to sweat off a lot of toxins. The front desk was nice during check in and the instructor showed me around the facility. Space was clean and organized. Definitely will be making a comeback!

I made it to the end and felt mighty accomplished. Happy to report the low impact claim seems real too as I woke up feeling equally great the next morning.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenVery challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that itās only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know itās not going to last forever. My one thing is Iād prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isnāt rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!
