    Indoor Cycle

    I loved the class! Ride Oakland is a great studio that has enough space for you to hang around before and after class. They also give you free spin shoes and a towel to use during class. I really liked the instructor; she had great energy and made sure the class was challenging. But what I really loved the most were the other classmates! All really friendly, making small conversation and just making sure I was comfortable as a newbie. I’m definitely going back!

    INDOOR CYCLING

    I absolutely love this class. The instructor is attentive energetic and fun. The other participants were nice and very helpful. This was my first session it was hard for me to keep up. But I just tried to keep cycling till the end. The bike seat was messing up my groove because it was extremely hard that’s the only thing I didn’t like. But I will be joining this class again.

    BODYROK BASICS

    I’ve been doing Pilates for a while now so I only took a foundations class to accompany my mother. Fair to say I thought it would be an easy class — I was wrong! Lol but that’s a good thing!! It was just as challenging as a normal class but I really liked how hands on the instructor was. Her instructions were very well explained and she did amazing to make sure our form was top priority. Love love love. Highly recommend everyone to take a few basic clases, you’ll still get an amazing workout in!
