Gentle hands-on corrections are offered with permission; the music and aromatherapy add to the serenity. The yoga poses and flow were thoughtful and subtly unique. With so many choices and options, I will definitely be back for her relaxing and restorative experience.

It wasn't so much about strength or getting sweaty, but loosening the muscles, and being mindful of your core, and how important that is to daily activities. I was so sore from a previous class, and I walked in a little apprehensive if I was going to be able to keep up, but it was very calm and I left feeling so much better in my body
