High intensity and my arms were screaming by the end, but the intervals were short enough that I could keep pushing myself without just standing there staring at the clock willing time to pass by. The locker rooms and showers were also nice, a great bonus since I have to head straight to work after.

She obviously has a dance background and her power classes are so graceful it almost makes me feel like Iām taking a lyrical master class, but yoga!! My retired dancer heart is obsessed! Itās probably a bit challenging for those new to yoga, but 10/10 recommend.

I had some back and knee pain and she put pressure with the massage which made it feel better. The medical massage is a lot of pressure so it may not be for everyone but it was worth it for me.
