Volgens mij werd er alleen hand op m’n rug gelegd terwijl ik met mijn buik op de tafel lag. En toen besefte ik mij hoe slecht mijn postuur de afgelopen weken was geweest en hoeveel stress er was opgebouwd in mijn lichaam.
