The coaches were very welcoming and explained how everything worked. There were modifications for every exercise and when I didn’t have the right posture, they came over and corrected me in a supportive and not invasive way! My biggest tip would be to get there early (10-15 min) so you can meet the coach and check out the space. Highly recommend F45!

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
