alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis was the best Sound Bath I have ever experienced. Each sound got better and better and I would absolutely join this Sound Bath again. It was also my very first time at the studio and it definitely felt like a sacred space and I was filled with gratitude for having been led there. I also want to say thank you too. The wonderful woman who greeted me and got me settled in, I felt very taken care of. I thought I had come prepared, but she offered me an eye pillow and some additional props to ensure I was as cozy as can be including an extra blanket and bolster and pillow. My favorite part was when the crystal harp was played on my body, and I got to feel the vibrations. I am so grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the next opportunity to experience it again.

I loved how T kept checking on us for form and gave clear instructions without being invasive. She asked us to let her know of any injuries and consent of touch for form adjustment. I loved how she was also mindful of the music and would shift it if the mix didn’t match our current set. Overall such a thoughtful and engaging instructor and class. 10000/10

The ambiance was relaxing and the warm essential oil towels were a nice touch. After the massage she even had a cup of lemongrass tea and a chocolate waiting for me and offered suggestions for easing my tightness and pain. However, I found that the extraction by hand and the hydradermabrasion might have been a bit too intense for me. I was expecting ultrasonic scrubbers for the extraction. Next time, I might either try a different facial or ask Ashley to take a gentler approach. Ashley was very communicative and explained each step of the process, which I really appreciated.
