The eucalyptus took to cool was fantastic and much appreciated. I will absolutely be back. After the session I was extremely relaxed (and a little hungry) and my skin has even looked a little more glowy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve circulation, reduce inflammation and pain and gain all the other benefits of the infrared sauna and extra light therapy.

The sauna felt amazing—spending time working through the colors of the chakra helped me connect deeply with my body and mind. Marcy was an outstanding guide during my cold plunge. She took the time to ask about my goals for the session and offered thoughtful guidance, helping me focus on my breathing to ease my full body into the tub. Her support made the experience feel purposeful and manageable, even during those tough moments.
