Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

But the instructor did a great job showing the foot and arm choreo. Very helpful Usually she checks the temperature of the class and she did today. She had us watch her, practice his choreo, and went slow until we got it :)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenKevin is so sweet! It’s an intimate class setting which is honestly nice if you are getting into a workout routine for the first time or get intimidated by large classes or gym settings. He has so much energy and is encouraging during the classes. Will be back for sure :)

The choreography was easy to follow and had just the right level of intensity. Expect to burn around 400 calories while having a blast! Loved the session. I'll definitely plan my next class soon!
