I loved how clearly he communicated each movement and how he gave us enough time to pause and really be present in our bodies. The pace was slow and intentional but just enough to help me connect with each movement. He also encouraged me to try one movement that I probably wouldn’t have attempted on my own and that felt really good. Highly recommend! 🙌🏼

Class was challenging and fun, Yahya provides options if he knows you have any injuries. Heat was just enough, not too crazy. Would suggest background music in studio prior to class to set the vibe but otherwise it was a good experience and would love to try the other classes!
