The environment she creates is so unique & I’ve never had a more peaceful class. The way she describes movement and the sensations you should feel is spectacular. There’s nothing better than taking this class after a long work day. If everyone took her class I think we’d achieve world peace lol. And this studio is wonderful - the owner Stacey is so encouraging, welcoming & fun. I always look forward to coming here.

I’m definitely going to return. This is an awesome strength class especially 1x or 2x a week with other types of workouts mixed in.

I felt way less stiff leaving the class than I did coming in. Maya is fantastic! She has a great rhythm going through the class and offers great alternatives for more complicated or simplified stretches. Much needed and will definitely be back!
