alle Bewertungen anzeigenI liked the flow in today’s class. Those 50 minutes were so intense that the duration of class seemed much shorter than it was in reality. What I appreciate the most are the demos at the start of the class and during class and corrections Jala does to ensure we do everything with a solid core and protect our spine. Feels always great to take Jala classes due to her exercises being so elevated in complexity and i love the positive supportive environment.
