    I liked the flow in today’s class. Those 50 minutes were so intense that the duration of class seemed much shorter than it was in reality. What I appreciate the most are the demos at the start of the class and during class and corrections Jala does to ensure we do everything with a solid core and protect our spine. Feels always great to take Jala classes due to her exercises being so elevated in complexity and i love the positive supportive environment.

    Great first class with Jennifer. She has great energy, enthusiasm and interactions with clients. For a coach in training she did well with cues, hands on corrections and demos. I’ll be looking for her on the November schedule.
