alle Bewertungen anzeigenOk so after several months practicing here, I can say that Kartana is the best in terms of actually guiding you to be in tune with your body better as you progress, correcting your poses according to your ability. The traditional sequences can be a bit boring/daunting for some, but I just feel that is one part of the real work that we have to go through, and after the second class it only gets better, I've been feeling better.
