I especially appreciated that before the class they asked each participant whether they were comfortable with hands-on adjustments and whether they consented to being photographed or filmed for social media. It showed a genuine respect for everyone’s personal boundaries and privacy, which I found incredibly thoughtful. Kartana is attentive and inspiring. He creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. I highly recommend this class!

They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches.
