They judge you for booking through class pass and make you feel bad and front desk is MEAN. 2, they inflated the price and when I called to schedule they said that now for people with MID TO LONG HAIR YOU HAVE TO PAY $55.00 EXTRA on top of the class pass credit AND ON TOP OF THE $55.00 EXTRA YOU HAVE TO BOOK AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE IN ORDER TO GET THE HAIRCUT AND BLOW DRY. AT THE END YOU END UP PAYING CLOSE TO $250.00. Ridiculous and horrible. DO NOT BOOK will be reporting to class pass as well.
