see all reviewsFirst time with Amelia and I actually really freaking enjoyed this. Sometimes I come in for flow and it’s crazy intense, my heart is pounding and I’m dripping sweat the whole time. Which is cool sometimes, but other times I really just need a challenging but actually relaxing flow, and that’s what this was. She spoke clearly and demonstrated movements. She gave options for easier movements and allowed space and time for rest. I definitely still worked up a sweat but the flow was angelic. Started slow, sped up, but the movements were exactly what my body needed — they just *flowed* so well. Will definitely book with her again :)

see all reviewsThis was my first hot yoga class and I loved it! I would say you already need to have core strength/strength in general or you might struggle with some of the poses a bit. So much fun and Carla is a great instructor! Also for parking, there is a parking lot on the corner of 4th & San Jac. I had an early class so no problems finding parking but during busier classes it might be hard as there are only about 15 spots there. They give you the code to validate it once you check in, so I would wait to pay until you get inside because I’m not sure if you’ll get a refund if you pay before you get the validation code.

see all reviewsMy favorite instructor and class type! Perfect refresher for the week! I love her class because her transitions are very seamless (and intentional), i LOVE how she incorporates water breaks/ breathe breaks (i think this is so crucial because some classes I been to don’t do this and it’s tough since sometimes the rooms are so hot and the exercises are so tense), her classes are very intentional and it is always such a positive energy when I enter the class/ take it. It’s always super sweet how as we enter the meditation part of the class she fans us our with the towels 😅! Overall this class/ instructor helps me leave as a stronger and confident and peaceful and mindful individual, ready to start my week.
