The exercises are dynamic, well thought out and fantastic for those who are after a quality work out. She has the perfect demeanour and delivery for a Pilates instructor, consistently demonstrating different exercises and providing alternatives for those who want to push themselves more. The staff were super friendly and were happy for me to do gym time instead. I was prepared to join the class, but unfortunately no one else showed up, so I just had free time in the gym. The gym was tidy, well equipped, not too busy, and the staff were very helpful.
