alle Bewertungen anzeigenAwesome! It is fantastic that nectar is offering strength training 💪 I love it. The set up was 2 circuits with 5 stations, with 4 rounds per circuit for a total of 8 rounds. It was a lot of changing stations. I think I would prefer (something like) two reps per station (short pause btw reps) and 3 rounds per circuit for a total of 8. An adjustment like that would keep you at each station longer — so you really get your form right and 🔥 burn out your muscles a little more.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was really challenging for someone like me who just does yoga casually from YouTube videos lol but I really enjoyed it. There were only 2 of us in the class so it felt very intimate and the instructor was extremely helpful with correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. I also just loved the vibe of the studio, it was very clean and I felt very calm in the space. I’d definitely come back to this class!
