see all reviewsThis was my first time here . Overall the class was good but there was a sub and she talked so much during the class outside of explaining what to do it was a bit annoying. Also, it would be helpful if teachers were sometimes doing some demonstrations ON the machines for us vs verbally explaining because a lot of time is spent with us looking around at other people when we really should be watching the instructor. The spent a lot of time wondering if I was doing something correctly or not and I’ve been doing pilates for 2 years

She was constantly going around the room and assisting people with form, making sure that form and posture were correct. She made it a point to include modifications to exercises that may have been challenging for some which I found to be helpful. The location is small, but beautiful and well maintained. I will definitely return for this class.

Everyone was so nice, from the instructor to the other patrons, and I felt truly welcomed. I worked up a sweat, and my muscles are definitely feeling it.
