First time taking Tirrell’s class and his energy was great and so was the playlist. He encouraged the class the whole time as well to keep pushing through. Highly recommend taking his class!

My only issue is that no one checked to see if the locker room was empty prior to coming in to clean. The first person that came in was a woman so I had no issue being there while I got dressed and gathered my things but then a man entered and she did not alert him that I was there even after seeing me and yell or say anything to allow women in the locker room to know that a man was entering. He was kind and apologized and that’s an easy fix.

Apologies for cutting out early. I just wasn’t up to speed and couldn’t hang with this type of workout so early in the morning lol! Fun and kind group of ladies.
