The class is gentle and encouraging and the instructor, McKenzie, conveys her care for the class and the well being we’re all working towards in her tone and intention. I will def be taking more classes.

You get a really great workout in especially targeting specific muscles throughout the class. Although we were toning and doing pilates movements my heart rate was also up!
