    First time taking a pilates class, it was pretty approachable with the instructions and modifications for different levels. Sarah helped introduce me to the machine before the class started - I felt a little clumsy getting acquainted, but will keep trying!

    Shoulder Mobility and Flexibility

    Mackenzie was so great. She was very thorough with the instructions and demos. With my recent injury, she provided modifications throughout it the class for me and continually checked in. The classes at the circus center all seem to be fairly small, which makes it super easy to get feedback. Learned some good cues and exercises for increasing my mobility. Would recommend!
