One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

She is very kind, wanting to help us improve technique so that we can get the best results from the workout. But it doesn’t even feel like a workout, the room feels like a party. I am smiling the entire time.
