I’ve never done anything like this before and Dani was so helpful and patient with instructions and individual attention. The silks are intimidating but are such a great way to deeply stretch without strain while they bear your weight. I will be back!!!

Not sure if I would go back, it’s pretty expensive and they recommend going multiple times a week to see results which just isn’t realistic for my schedule. I also would expect a bit more of a high-end experience for the price.
