It requires a little more attention than others as we were split into 2 groups and were stopping/starting exercises at different times. I really liked the class and the instructor demoed most exercises, although I would have liked each circuit to be demoed before starting since it was sometimes hard to hear the cues.

The studio, however, was not comfortable for me as a person with a sensitivity to noise. The fan was clicking throughout class and the studio has poor soundproofing and is right next to the check in desk, where people were chatting through most of the class.

I’m not usually a fan of cycling, but this class was great! 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of yoga was perfect. And Michelle was an amazing instructor. Clear instructions, perfect reminding with great prompts to maintain and return to good form, and just overall a wonderful instructor. Will definitely be retuning for more classes with Michelle!
