BJJ/Grappling - Beginners (No Gi)
alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was 99% men (it was only me and another girl this time) but the instructor was friendly and patient. Idk he gives safe person vibes, during the class he came to check in with me how I was feeling few times. It can be intimidating being surrounded by a bunch of sweaty big guys, but the ones I sparred against at least were respectful, even encouraging. So yeah, if you’re curious about this sport, I’d try it out here.
