Other barre booty classes at this studio often include significant thigh or arm strengthening work, which doesn’t align with the purpose of the class and can make it feel more like a full-body workout. This class is well structured and organized, allowing me to stay focused and engaged throughout the exercises. If you’re looking for a workout that specifically targets the glutes, this class delivers exactly that!

His training plan was very good that was helping to keep transition time super short. It was also super challenging and he sees everything!!! Every time i try to cheat he was there but also seeing and appreciating the good work! I'll be back!

The first 30 minutes felt a bit too relaxed, although the intensity picked up later and became more challenging. I understand that starting at a very high intensity right away could make the class difficult to follow, but I would have appreciated a slightly more challenging beginning. I would also love to receive more corrections and feedback from the instructor during the class.

Feedback voor Roform: Wat ik vervelend vind is dat de laatste maand een aantal docenten aangeven dat je moet sissen tijdens het uitademen, waardoor het klinkt alsof je in een zaal vol met sissende slangen bent. Erg storend, omdat je de muziek en de instructies minder goed hoort.
