Ik ben bij veel pilates lessen geweest, maar wat ik erg fijn vind aan Ash is dat ze heel gefocused is op je vorm, en dus ook langsloopt om je te helpen of je vorm te corrigeren (ze vraagt altijd eerst of ze je mag aanraken!). Heb nu pas echt het gevoel te weten wat ik goed/fout doe, en zie echt het verschil! Ze geeft ook opties om het makkelijker of moeilijker te maken, dus je kan het op jouw manier doen :) De zaal heeft airo, veel attributes, spiegels en genoeg licht! Ik raad het zeker aan

I fell asleep and the rhythm and tone of the singing bowls for the sound bath was perfect; deep and continuous and allowed for me to fall asleep! The atmosphere of the studio is airy, calm, and detailed. I will certainly return. Thank you!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI had such a wonderful Pilates class with Fereshteh! 🤍 As a Pilates instructor myself, I can be quite particular about technique, sequencing, and the quality of cues, which is exactly why I enjoyed her class so much. I especially loved her attention to breathing, core control, alignment, and consciously initiating movement from the powerhouse. The combination of controlled movement, stability, and flow was beautifully balanced. It’s such a pleasure to step out of the teacher role, become a student again, and leave feeling inspired. I’m so happy to find so many of the Pilates principles and technical details I value in my own teaching reflected in her classes. Professional, warm, and taught with so much attention. 🤍✨

Having attended her different ceremonies, I can say her trauma-informed guidance is incredible. It is a rare place where it just flows—I felt guided to drop my armor and mask, and equally empty and pour my cup. I was invited to truly feel in an authentic way, releasing what I needed to without bleeding into others, yet feeling deeply carried. It was a powerful space for me to take up room, be fully seen in my vulnerability, and experience women supporting each other without competition. An absolutely beautiful, deeply grounding experience that I highly recommend!
