I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

I fell asleep and the rhythm and tone of the singing bowls for the sound bath was perfect; deep and continuous and allowed for me to fall asleep! She guides everyone so good even a beginner like me, and even showed me some good tricks to try at home. 10/10 would recommend a class with her!

It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
