alle Bewertungen anzeigenLove Hui’s approach to the foundation movements, it is really refreshing to learn the actual basics from ground 0, if you’ve been struggling at the beginners class I highly recommend coming here to strengthen your knowledge! Also for absolute beginners this is manageable, will definitely come back

alle Bewertungen anzeigenMy favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
