alle Bewertungen anzeigenWhat I liked about Tommie‘s class is that he gets everyone to really relax and ground before getting into the poses. Enjoyed his corrections too. I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.
