alle Bewertungen anzeigenVictoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenMel’s Flex class was easy to follow and easily adjusted with blocks to my beginner level. I liked that the instructor walked around correcting/ adjusting form where needed. Even though I wasn’t doing the most difficult stretches I felt challenged
