In her meditation classes she combines breathing exercises with guided meditation or silence meditation,and feels that the 30 minutes are going pretty quickly. She is really calm and serene and answers any doubts you might have. I go out of the meditation feeling relaxed and focused. In her yoga classes, the pace is perfect and she keeps an eyeon everyone, helping you with corrections when needed. I definitely recommend her.
