Tianna is so friendly and greeted everyone with a big smile. the class started with some breath work then some stretching before we lie down for a sound bath. the whole class was slightly more than 1.5 hours but I didn't feel it's long enough as the whole class was very relaxing and she was guiding well throughout the session with her unique way of teaching.. the vibration from the gong and singing bowls was very immersive. Her voice was magical along with the sounds of the gongs. overall it was a wonderful experience. highly recommend.

The Alignment Yoga I class was excellent and the instructions were clear, though the instructor's voice was a bit soft initially and the entire class would benefit to explain what we are about to do rather than jump straight into it. However, the atmosphere felt slightly unwelcoming as a newcomer; the instructor was noticeably warmer toward regulars than me. A few logistics to note: The "10-minute late" policy feels a bit intimidating, especially since instructors must manually open the studio for night classes. On the plus side, the unmanned QR-code retail concept is unique and efficient. If you're coming for a night session, parking is plenty and easy to find. Might return for the reformer classes!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe session was okay, the slow breathing counts is a bit too slow to endure for the whole class and it's unusually this slow for yin classes so that's something to take note of. The session ran way longer than it should, within an hour but it went past 20 minutes after that which was not something I enjoyed, I would prefer to stick to the time given and give a heads up to us so we have a choice to leave when the time is up, I felt my time was a bit wasted and disrespected to be honest. Other than that, the poses are alright and intimate classes are appreciated.
