The breath techniques were essential to carry out the class. “The deeper you breathe in, the deeper you breathe out.” I’ve never thought of this, but I loved it. Only feedback was I wish she adjusted us, if we were innocent.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenFirst things first: the studio is GORGEOUS. This was class number 776 on ClassPass for me, so I'd like to think that I've seen enough to know 💅 The windows! The light!! The color coordinated equipment!!! The branding *wipes tears* This is a labor of love and it shows. Now... the class: it is actually two (as in 2) classes in one involving BOTH Reformer and Cadillac, where you spend 25 minutes at each. This is a unique concept, and only two studios in Miami are offering this particular type of workout. Miami Pilates being the only one currently on ClassPass. SO much equipment being used here, so many different moves... most definitely top 5 best workout in the city, all genres included. It is hard and not beginner friendly. I have been doing a very similar class weekly for the past 8 months and never get tired of it because each class is and feels different. And YES, it's a whole lot of credits and worth every.single.one. You're actually better off buying classes... which I did... even though I always thought it was against my ClassPass religion. Studio is also a 20mn Uber ride from me but worth the investment. Lastly, Bettina -yes THE Bettina- Miami’s ultimate Dr in Pilates and goddess teaches here. And like Forrest Gump, "that's all I have to say about that." 🫡🫶🏆
