Easy to follow instructions and fast transitions to keep that heart rate up! The stretch ending is also nice since I always forget to just slow down and take a minute to just breathe. 😌

My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

Sherry was great with individualized adjustments. I went with my bestie and we got to take a progress video at the end which made me feel very accomplished even though I’m still very new. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get!
