I’ve gone to plenty of other places for cycling classes and the routines are so repetitive and rhythm of songs are all the same (typically always double time) I enjoy cycling classes that incorporates all cadences including slower/high resistance climbs, double time, sprints, jumps out of the saddle, and choreo. Allison hit every single style in class including a section dedicated to just upper body work. Her playlist was on point and change of tempos flowed perfectly to function as active recovery vs active work. I’ll be ditching those other cycling classes that all they do is double time and sprints the whole class and I’ll be joining Allison’s versatile class instead!

I started coming about a 8 months ago, and from that first session, I was hooked. Every time I leave, I feel physically stronger and emotionally lighter. The instructors have this incredible way of pushing you to your limits while making you feel supported and capable. They genuinely care about your progress, and that makes all the difference. This class has become something I truly look forward to each week. The community here is special—everyone, from the instructors to the other participants, is kind and welcoming. If I could give this a 100 star review I would. Come try this class/ gym out! :)

The music is top notch, the machines are brand new, and the studio if very clean. If you are looking to get hooked to Pilates, this was the class that did it for me and now I can’t imagine what life was like before it. If you get into the right breathing, mindset, and set a good intention, you can feel so accomplished after the class, it’s therapy. Not to mention, Karen is my fav, she always makes me feel like I am at a Keinemusik concert just with a Pilates reformer. She brings great energy and leaves you starting your day off right. Ari was so kind in helping me understand the basics and flow of the class before it began, and she was extremely supportive throughout. The class was hard AF, but it burned so good! Definitely coming back. If you are a newbie, I highly recommend getting there a little bit early because the parking can be a little bit complicated. The workout was pretty intense, but I expected it based on what other reviewers said. Plenty of modifications possible. Lots of different exercises I’ve never done before even after 200+ classes. There’s not too many mat pilates classes so I hope to return. This is the type of place I’d actually get a membership at.
