The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! The owner kicked off the class with a super fun welcome and helped me set my bike up and made sure I was set!
